Ruano Paredes, junto a su equipo t\u00e9cnico municipal, realiz\u00f3 una visita a la comunidad de San Marcos, en la parroquia El Chical, donde fueron recibidos cordialmente por su presidente, Jairo Garc\u00eda, y los habitantes del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ed189d3e8e91399b8a07a780072efdbf\">Durante la jornada, la autoridad municipal mantuvo un di\u00e1logo directo con el pueblo Aw\u00e1, socializando los proyectos que se ejecutar\u00e1n en sus comunidades, reafirmando as\u00ed el compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n municipal con el desarrollo equitativo y el bienestar de los territorios rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-839b00cbd164b1dd9032490fbddfdbf7\">Asimismo, el alcalde ratific\u00f3 su apoyo al deporte comunitario, anunciando la conformaci\u00f3n de la liga deportiva de la parroquia El Chical, iniciativa que busca promover la integraci\u00f3n, la salud y la participaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y adultos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4b35e8efe85a84b0b4cc232a18ba2b32\">Como parte de la visita, el Dr. Andr\u00e9s Ruano particip\u00f3 en el campeonato deportivo organizado por la comunidad, fortaleciendo el v\u00ednculo institucional y demostrando el acompa\u00f1amiento permanente de la Alcald\u00eda de Tulc\u00e1n en territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4c6638c777da8b810c7dfc0213b1a4f1\">La administraci\u00f3n municipal reafirma su compromiso de trabajar junto a las comunidades, impulsando proyectos que respondan a sus
